Data Entry Clerks: Data entry clerks input, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, or other digital systems. They may also perform data verification, clean-up, and quality assurance tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of records. Customer Service Representatives: Customer service representatives interact with customers, clients, or stakeholders to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues or concerns. They may communicate via phone, email, or in-person interactions, striving to deliver high-quality service and support. Accounting/Finance Staff: Accounting and finance staff handle financial transactions, bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll processing, and other financial tasks.
