Job description

Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to management and other staff members. Customer Service: Interacting with customers or clients in person, over the phone, or via email to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues or complaints. Office Maintenance: Ensuring that the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained. This may involve tasks such as ordering office supplies, arranging for equipment repairs, and coordinating with building maintenance staff. Typing and Document Preparation: Typing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations. This includes proofreading for accuracy and consistency and ensuring that documents adhere to company formatting standards. Meeting Support: Assisting with the coordination and logistics of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging catering or other amenities as needed. Basic Accounting Tasks: Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, preparing expense reports, and reconciling credit card statements. Technology Support: Providing basic technical support to staff members, such as troubleshooting computer issues, setting up equipment for meetings or presentations, and assisting with software applications. Filing and Organization: Managing physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring that documents are properly labeled and stored for easy retrieval. Multitasking and Prioritization: Juggling multiple tasks and priorities effectively, adapting to changing needs and deadlines, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
