Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events by scheduling appointments, reserving meeting rooms, arranging catering, and preparing materials. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and processing travel expenses. Financial Transactions: Process invoices, expense reports, purchase orders, and reimbursements. Assist with basic accounting tasks such as billing, coding expenses, and reconciling accounts. Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to clients, customers, and visitors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Office Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers, fax machines, and computers, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed. Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail, and coordinate courier services as required. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. Assist in implementing emergency procedures and protocols. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to support shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
