Administrative Assistants/Secretaries: Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Scheduling appointments and meetings. Handling office correspondence and filing documents. Assisting with data entry, record-keeping, and report generation. Providing administrative support to executives and managers. Receptionists: Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Answering and transferring phone calls. Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintaining the reception area's cleanliness and organization. Office Managers: Overseeing day-to-day office operations and procedures. Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences. Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks as needed. Handling budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking. Accounting Clerks: Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Reconciling bank statements and financial records. Assisting with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. Generating financial reports and assisting with budget preparation.
