Job description

Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Customer Service: Interacting with clients, visitors, and vendors in person, over the phone, or via email to address inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive experience. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Entering data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems accurately and efficiently, as well as organizing and maintaining records for easy retrieval. Filing and Organizing: Sorting, filing, and organizing documents, reports, and other materials to ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment. Reception Duties: Greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members, and managing the reception area. Basic Accounting Tasks: Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, preparing expense reports, and reconciling receipts. Supporting Office Operations: Assisting with various office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and distributing documents as needed. Email and Correspondence: Managing email correspondence, responding to inquiries, and forwarding messages to the relevant recipients. Meeting Coordination: Assisting in the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, arranging facilities, and distributing meeting materials. Technical Support: Providing basic technical support for office equipment such as printers, copiers, and computers, as well as troubleshooting common issues. Collaboration: Working collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to support team goals and initiatives, as well as assisting with special projects or tasks as needed. Maintaining Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with company policies and regulations.
