Job description

Administrative Support: Managing and prioritizing executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and conferences. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. Drafting and editing documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Office Organization and Coordination: Maintaining office files, records, and databases in an organized and efficient manner. Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for executives or team members. Communication and Correspondence: Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries appropriately. Facilitating effective communication within the office and across departments. Meeting Support: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes during meetings, and distributing meeting materials as required. Ensuring meeting rooms are set up with necessary equipment and materials. Customer Service and Reception Duties: Greeting visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Managing incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, and taking messages as needed. Office Management: Monitoring office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked. Coordinating maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities as necessary.
