Administrative Support: Assist in daily administrative tasks, such as filing documents, organizing records, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution. Scheduling and Coordination: Manage schedules and calendars for office meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and executives as needed. Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Respond to inquiries and provide information about products, services, or office procedures. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and digital records. Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and financial transactions. Office Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office environment, including conference rooms, break rooms, and workstations. Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, kitchen supplies, and printer consumables. Assistance with Projects: Support project teams with tasks such as research, documentation, and preparing presentations or reports. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met and project goals are achieved. Technology and Equipment Support: Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance with IT support when necessary.
