Curriculum Development: Designing, updating, and revising nursing curricula to ensure they align with current healthcare standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices in nursing education. Course Planning and Instruction: Developing course syllabi, selecting textbooks, designing lectures, facilitating discussions, and leading hands-on clinical experiences to provide students with comprehensive nursing education. Clinical Supervision: Overseeing students during clinical rotations, providing guidance, feedback, and evaluation of their clinical skills, critical thinking, and professionalism. Assessment and Evaluation: Creating and administering assessments to measure students' understanding of nursing concepts, clinical competence, and professional behaviors. Analyzing data to assess program effectiveness and student learning outcomes. Student Advising and Mentorship: Providing academic and career guidance to students, offering support, encouragement, and mentorship to help them navigate challenges and achieve their academic and professional goals. Research and Scholarship: Engaging in scholarly activities such as conducting research, publishing findings in academic journals, presenting at conferences, and contributing to the advancement of nursing science and evidence-based practice. Professional Development: Staying current with advancements in nursing practice, education, and research through participation in conferences, workshops, continuing education programs, and membership in professional organizations.
