Must cook north indian dishes. Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers. Check the freshness of food and ingredients. Plan menus and ensure the quality of meals. A Cook plans, prepares, and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers. They help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently. They ensure proper food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures. As a member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients and dishes to the highest standards. This includes basic food prep skills such as chopping, measuring, and mixing, as well as more complex techniques like cooking meats and seafood to perfection.
