Recipe Development: Develop and refine recipes for traditional North Indian dishes, ensuring authenticity while also incorporating modern twists and innovations. Food Preparation: Expertly prepare and cook a wide range of North Indian dishes, including curries (such as butter chicken, paneer tikka masala), kebabs (such as tandoori chicken, seekh kebab), breads (such as naan, roti, paratha), and sweets (such as gulab jamun, rasgulla), using traditional cooking methods and techniques. Ingredient Selection: Source high-quality, fresh ingredients such as meats, poultry, dairy products, vegetables, and spices, ensuring authenticity and flavor in each dish. Spice Blending: Master the art of blending spices to create aromatic and flavorful masalas, pastes, and marinades used in North Indian cooking, such as garam masala, tikka masala paste, and tandoori marinade. Tandoor Cooking: Specialize in cooking dishes in a tandoor (clay oven), such as tandoori chicken, naan bread, and kebabs, using traditional techniques to achieve smoky flavors and tender textures.
