Cooking dishes using traditional methods and techniques, such as sautéing, braising, grilling, and using the tandoor oven. Recipe Development: Developing and refining recipes for North Indian dishes, experimenting with ingredient combinations and cooking methods to create authentic flavors and textures. Adjusting recipes to meet dietary preferences or restrictions while maintaining authenticity. Maintaining Quality Standards: Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented according to established quality standards and recipes. Monitoring cooking times, temperatures, and ingredient freshness to maintain consistency and flavor.
