Job description

Diagnostic Assessment: Conducting thorough diagnostic tests to identify hardware and software issues affecting mobile devices. Troubleshooting problems reported by customers or detected during diagnostic processes. Repair and Maintenance: Performing repairs on mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and hardware component replacements (e.g., cameras, speakers). Conducting soldering and micro-soldering tasks for intricate repairs on circuit boards and connectors. Software Troubleshooting: Resolving software-related issues such as operating system errors, application crashes, and firmware updates. Performing factory resets, data backups, and data recovery services when necessary. Water Damage Assessment and Repair: Assessing and repairing mobile devices affected by water or liquid damage. Cleaning and drying components, replacing damaged parts, and restoring functionality. Component Testing and Calibration: Testing mobile device components such as touchscreens, buttons, sensors, and cameras to ensure proper functionality. Calibrating settings and configurations to optimize performance and user experience. Quality Control and Testing: Conducting quality control checks to verify the effectiveness of repairs and ensure devices meet operational standards. Testing repaired devices for functionality, connectivity, and performance before returning them to customers. Customer Service and Communication: Interacting with customers professionally and courteously, providing updates on repair status and explaining repair options. Offering technical advice, troubleshooting tips, and recommendations for device care and maintenance. Inventory Management and Parts Ordering: Managing inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies needed for repairs. Ordering replacement parts from suppliers and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels. Data Security and Privacy: Handling customer data and personal information with confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations. Ensuring data protection during data transfer, backup, and recovery processes. Continued Learning and Development: Keeping abreast of mobile technology trends, new device models, and repair techniques. Participating in training programs and certifications to enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry advancements. Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, and exposure to hazardous materials. Using protective equipment and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
