Job description

Diagnosis: Assessing the condition of mobile devices to identify hardware or software issues, including malfunctioning components, software glitches, or physical damage. Repair and Maintenance: Performing repairs and maintenance tasks to address identified issues, such as replacing damaged screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, or other components, and resolving software issues such as system crashes or software bugs. Disassembly and Reassembly: Disassembling mobile devices using specialized tools and equipment to access internal components for repair or replacement, and reassembling them carefully to ensure proper functionality and appearance. Testing and Quality Control: Testing repaired devices to verify functionality, performance, and adherence to quality standards, and performing quality control checks to ensure that repairs meet customer expectations and manufacturer specifications. Software Updates and Installation: Installing software updates, patches, or firmware upgrades on mobile devices to enhance performance, security, and compatibility with new features or applications. Data Backup and Recovery: Assisting customers with data backup and recovery services to safeguard their personal data and files before performing repairs or software updates, and helping them recover lost or corrupted data when necessary. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service provided. Inventory Management: Managing inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for mobile device repairs, maintaining accurate records of stock levels, and replenishing supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service. Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of repairs performed, including diagnostic findings, repair procedures, parts used, and customer information, to track service history and facilitate warranty claims or follow-up services. Technical Support: Providing technical support and guidance to customers on using their mobile devices, troubleshooting common issues, and recommending solutions or preventive measures to optimize device performance and longevity. Safety and Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines when handling electronic components, tools, and chemicals, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and manufacturer specifications. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on new mobile device models, technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends through ongoing training, certifications, and professional development activities to maintain and enhance technical skills and knowledge.
