Job description

Diagnostic Assessment: Conduct thorough diagnostic tests to identify hardware and software issues affecting mobile devices. Use diagnostic tools, software applications, and visual inspection techniques to pinpoint the root cause of problems reported by users. Hardware Repair: Disassemble mobile devices to access internal components and circuitry. Repair or replace faulty hardware components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and buttons. Use specialized tools and equipment for soldering, desoldering, and component-level repair. Screen Replacement: Replace cracked or damaged screens on mobile devices, including LCD screens, OLED displays, and touchscreens. Ensure proper alignment and calibration of replacement screens to restore touch sensitivity and display functionality. Battery Replacement: Replace worn-out or malfunctioning batteries in mobile devices to restore battery life and performance. Use compatible replacement batteries and adhere to safety guidelines for battery handling and disposal. Software Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot software issues such as operating system errors, app crashes, and software glitches on mobile devices. Perform software updates, firmware upgrades, and factory resets to resolve software-related problems and improve device stability. Data Recovery: Assist with data recovery operations for mobile devices experiencing data loss or corruption. Retrieve data from damaged or malfunctioning storage devices, such as internal memory, microSD cards, and SIM cards, using specialized tools and techniques. Water Damage Repair: Repair mobile devices damaged by water or liquid exposure. Clean and dry internal components, remove corrosion, and replace damaged parts to restore functionality. Perform water damage treatment procedures to prevent further damage and corrosion. Jailbreaking and Unlocking: Perform jailbreaking and unlocking procedures on mobile devices to remove software restrictions and unlock carrier restrictions. Unlocking allows users to use their devices with different carriers or networks and enables access to additional features and customization options. Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks and functional tests to ensure that repaired mobile devices meet quality standards and specifications. Test device functionality, performance, and connectivity to verify proper operation after repairs. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and courteous manner. Communicate repair options, turnaround times, and pricing transparently to customers. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of repair activities, including diagnostic findings, repair procedures, parts used, and testing results. Document repair logs, service reports, and warranty information for reference and accountability purposes. Continuing Education: Stay updated on the latest mobile technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends through training, workshops, and self-study.
