Software Updates and Installation: You may be responsible for updating software and firmware on mobile devices to ensure they are running the latest versions and have access to new features and security patches. This may involve downloading and installing updates, resetting devices, and configuring settings. Data Transfer and Backup: Assisting customers with transferring data, such as contacts, photos, and files, between mobile devices or backing up data to prevent loss during repairs or upgrades. This involves ensuring data integrity and maintaining customer privacy and security. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining repair procedures, and advising on device maintenance and care practices. You may also offer guidance on device usage, features, and troubleshooting tips. Inventory Management: Managing inventory of replacement parts, tools, and supplies needed for repairs. This includes ordering supplies, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring that the necessary components are available for timely repairs. Quality Control: Conducting quality control checks to ensure that repaired devices meet quality standards and function properly.
