They also clean, calibrate, and adjust mobile devices to optimize performance and functionality. Software Installation and Configuration: Mobile technicians install, update, and configure software applications, operating systems, and firmware on mobile devices. They ensure that software updates are installed correctly, troubleshoot software compatibility issues, and configure settings according to user preferences or specifications.
