Job description

Repair and Maintenance: They perform repairs on mobile devices based on the diagnosis. This includes replacing screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components. They may also perform software repairs, such as resetting devices, reinstalling operating systems, and troubleshooting software conflicts. Testing and Quality Control: After repairs, Mobile Technicians conduct tests to ensure that the device functions properly and that all issues have been resolved. They perform quality control checks to verify that repairs meet manufacturer standards and customer expectations. Customer Service: Mobile Technicians interact directly with customers to understand their concerns, provide estimates for repairs, and explain the repair process and potential solutions. They ensure excellent customer service by addressing questions, providing updates on repair status, and offering advice on device maintenance and usage. Inventory Management: They manage inventory of replacement parts and tools needed for repairs. This includes ordering new parts, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring that the necessary tools are available for repairs. Data Protection: Mobile Technicians handle customer data with confidentiality and care. They may be responsible for backing up data before repairs and ensuring that data is securely transferred or restored after repairs are completed. Adherence to Safety Standards: They follow safety procedures and guidelines when handling delicate electronic components and hazardous materials (such as batteries). This includes using protective equipment and ensuring a safe working environment. Technical Documentation: Mobile Technicians maintain accurate records of repairs, including details of diagnostic findings, parts used, repairs performed, and customer interactions.
