Job description

Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive mathematics curriculum that aligns with educational standards and learning objectives. Plan engaging lessons and activities to promote conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and mathematical reasoning. Instructional Delivery: Deliver effective mathematics instruction to students of various grade levels and abilities. Use a variety of teaching strategies, instructional resources, and technology tools to engage students and facilitate learning. Conceptual Understanding: Teach fundamental mathematical concepts and principles, such as number sense, arithmetic operations, algebraic reasoning, geometry, measurement, and statistics. Help students develop a deep understanding of mathematical concepts through hands-on activities, visual representations, and real-world applications. Problem Solving: Foster students' problem-solving skills by presenting them with challenging mathematical problems and tasks. Teach problem-solving strategies, such as breaking down problems, making conjectures, and justifying solutions, to help students approach and solve complex problems effectively. Differentiated Instruction: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students. Provide additional support or enrichment opportunities for students who require extra assistance or challenge.
