Subject Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of mathematical concepts, principles, and procedures across different topics, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, and statistics. Stay updated on advancements in mathematical research and pedagogy to enrich classroom instruction. Problem Solving: Teach students problem-solving strategies and techniques to approach mathematical problems systematically and creatively. Encourage students to apply mathematical concepts to real-world scenarios and everyday situations. Critical Thinking Skills: Foster the development of critical thinking skills by challenging students to analyze problems, evaluate solutions, and justify their reasoning using mathematical principles and evidence. Encourage students to ask questions, make conjectures, and explore mathematical concepts independently. Mathematical Literacy: Promote mathematical literacy by helping students develop the ability to understand, interpret, and communicate mathematical information effectively.
