Developing brand guidelines and overseeing brand messaging, imagery, and positioning. Campaign Planning and Execution: Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, advertising, and events. Setting campaign objectives, budgets, timelines, and evaluating performance metrics. Content Development and Marketing Collateral: Overseeing the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and other marketing collateral. Ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging. Digital Marketing and Social Media Management: Managing the organization's online presence across various digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, and email marketing. Utilizing SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Public Relations and Media Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to generate positive media coverage and publicity for the organization. Issuing press releases, organizing press events, and managing crisis communication when necessary. Marketing Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Using analytics tools to gain insights and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns accordingly. Budget Management: Developing and managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment and achieve marketing objectives within budgetary constraints. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Leading and motivating a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
