Job description

Curriculum Development: Plan and develop instructional materials, lesson plans, and teaching strategies aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives specific to Malayalam language education. Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student engagement and participation. Establish and maintain classroom rules, routines, and procedures to maintain order and promote mutual respect. Language Skills Development: Teach and reinforce all aspects of the Malayalam language, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Provide opportunities for students to practice and apply language skills in authentic contexts and real-life situations. Grammar and Vocabulary Instruction: Teach Malayalam grammar rules, sentence structures, and vocabulary in a systematic and comprehensive manner. Provide explanations, examples, and exercises to help students understand and use language concepts effectively. Literature Exploration: Introduce students to Malayalam literature, including poetry, prose, and drama, from various historical periods and genres. Foster critical thinking and analysis skills through the study of literary works, including interpretation, discussion, and appreciation of themes, characters, and literary techniques. Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity: Foster cultural awareness, sensitivity, and appreciation among students by incorporating Malayalam culture, traditions, and values into the curriculum. Create opportunities for students to explore and celebrate their cultural heritage through language and literature.
