Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance, and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students' progress and achievements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Malayalam, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is required. Previous teaching experience in Malayalam language instruction, preferably in a school setting. Proficiency in spoken and written Malayalam, with a strong understanding of Malayalam grammar, syntax, and literature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students. Passion for promoting the Malayalam language and culture and fostering pride in Kerala's heritage. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Familiarity with educational technology and willingness to integrate technology into teaching practices. Fluency in English and knowledge of Hindi or other languages is an advantage.
