Job description

Curriculum Development: Designing and developing curriculum materials, lesson plans, and instructional activities that align with educational standards and objectives for Malayalam language proficiency. Language Instruction: Teaching various aspects of the Malayalam language, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Providing instruction on Malayalam grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension. Literature Instruction: Introducing students to Malayalam literature, including poetry, prose, drama, and other literary forms. Analyzing and discussing literary works, themes, characters, and cultural contexts to promote critical thinking and appreciation of Malayalam literature. Cultural Education: Providing students with insights into Kerala's culture, traditions, customs, and history through the study of Malayalam language and literature. Incorporating cultural elements into lesson plans and activities to foster cultural awareness and identity. Assessment and Evaluation: Assessing students' language proficiency and progress through various forms of assessment, such as tests, quizzes, oral presentations, and written assignments. Providing constructive feedback to students to support their learning and improvement. Differentiated Instruction: Tailoring instruction to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students. Modifying teaching strategies, materials, and assessments to accommodate individual differences and promote inclusive learning environments. Classroom Management: Establishing and maintaining a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to language learning.
