Job description

Curriculum Development: Designing and developing Malayalam language curricula, lesson plans, and instructional materials aligned with educational standards and learning objectives. Language Instruction: Teaching Malayalam language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, and facilitating students' vocabulary expansion, grammar proficiency, and comprehension abilities. Literature Studies: Introducing students to Malayalam literature, including literary works, poets, and authors, and analyzing literary texts to understand themes, characters, and literary devices. Cultural Education: Educating students about Malayalam culture, traditions, customs, and heritage, and fostering an appreciation for Malayalam arts, music, dance, and folklore. Writing Instruction: Guiding students in developing writing skills in Malayalam, such as essay writing, creative writing, and poetry, and providing feedback on writing assignments to improve fluency and expression. Language Assessment: Administering language assessments, tests, and examinations to evaluate students' language proficiency, track their progress, and identify areas for improvement. Individualized Support: Providing individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, offering additional assistance or accommodations to ensure all students' academic success. Classroom Management: Establishing and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, managing student behavior, and promoting active participation and engagement. Skills: Proficiency in Malayalam: Native or near-native proficiency in the Malayalam language, including advanced grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and pronunciation skills. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam to explain concepts clearly, provide instructions, and facilitate discussions in the classroom.
