Job description

Curriculum Development: Designing and planning lessons, activities, and assessments that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives for Malayalam language education. Developing instructional materials and resources to support student learning. Language Instruction: Teaching Malayalam language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Providing systematic instruction in Malayalam grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure to help students develop proficiency in the language. Literature Appreciation: Introducing students to Malayalam literature, including poetry, prose, drama, and folklore, from various periods and genres. Exploring literary works by renowned Malayalam authors and poets and fostering an appreciation for the richness and diversity of Malayalam literature. Cultural Awareness: Promoting awareness and understanding of Malayalam culture, traditions, customs, and heritage. Integrating cultural elements, such as festivals, rituals, art, music, and cuisine, into lessons to provide context and enrich the learning experience. Reading Comprehension: Enhancing students' reading comprehension skills in Malayalam through the exploration of literary texts, newspapers, magazines, and other authentic materials. Guiding students in analyzing and interpreting texts, identifying themes, and making connections to their own experiences. Writing Practice: Providing opportunities for students to practice writing in Malayalam through various genres, such as essays, stories, poems, and letters.
