Job description

Curriculum Development: Designing and planning instructional lessons, activities, and assessments aligned with curriculum guidelines and educational objectives. Integrating language skills such as reading, writing, listening, and speaking into lesson plans to enhance language fluency. Classroom Instruction: Delivering engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of students. Using a variety of teaching methods, including storytelling, discussions, role-playing, multimedia resources, and cultural activities to facilitate learning. Language Proficiency: Teaching Malayalam grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure to improve students' language proficiency and comprehension. Providing explanations and examples to clarify language rules and usage in different contexts. Literature and Cultural Studies: Introducing students to Malayalam literature, poetry, prose, and literary traditions through reading assignments, analysis, and discussions. Exploring cultural aspects of Kerala and Malayalam-speaking regions, including festivals, traditions, customs, and historical perspectives. Writing Skills: Teaching writing skills in Malayalam, including essay writing, letter writing, creative writing, and formal correspondence. Guiding students in drafting, revising, and editing their writing to improve clarity, coherence, and organization. Reading Comprehension: Promoting reading comprehension skills through the analysis of Malayalam texts, stories, poems, and articles.
