Job description

Curriculum Development: Designing and developing lesson plans, activities, and instructional materials that align with educational standards and cater to the needs and interests of students learning Malayalam. Language Proficiency: Teaching students the fundamental aspects of Malayalam language, including speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills, through interactive and engaging methods. Grammar and Vocabulary: Providing instruction on Malayalam grammar rules, sentence structure, verb conjugation, and vocabulary usage to help students develop a strong foundation in the language. Literature Studies: Introducing students to the rich tradition of Malayalam literature, including works of prominent authors, poets, and playwrights, and guiding them in analyzing and appreciating literary texts. Cultural Awareness: Fostering an understanding and appreciation of Kerala's culture, traditions, customs, festivals, and history through the study of Malayalam language and literature. Language Fluency: Creating opportunities for students to practice and improve their fluency in Malayalam through conversations, discussions, role-plays, storytelling, and creative writing activities. Assessment and Feedback: Assessing students' language proficiency and progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments, and providing constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
