Job description

Installation: Installing LED display panels or screens in indoor and outdoor locations, including stadiums, arenas, theaters, shopping malls, airports, and public spaces, following manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines. Configuration: Configuring LED display systems to meet client requirements, including setting up display parameters such as resolution, brightness, color balance, and refresh rate. Testing and Calibration: Conducting testing and calibration procedures to ensure proper functionality and optimal performance of LED display systems, including pixel testing, color calibration, and alignment adjustments. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks to keep LED display systems in good working condition, including cleaning, dust removal, and inspection of components such as LEDs, driver boards, power supplies, and control systems. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with LED display systems, such as pixel outages, color inconsistencies, flickering, image distortion, and communication errors, using diagnostic tools and equipment. Repair: Repairing or replacing faulty components in LED display systems, such as LED modules, power supplies, control cards, cables, connectors, and supporting structures, to restore proper functionality. Software Configuration: Configuring and updating software programs and firmware used to control and manage LED display systems, including content scheduling, playback settings, and remote monitoring capabilities. Integration: Integrating LED display systems with other audiovisual equipment, control systems, and networking infrastructure to create integrated solutions for clients' needs, such as digital signage networks or interactive displays. Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for installation, operation, and maintenance of LED display systems, including electrical safety, structural integrity, and fire safety requirements. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of installation, maintenance, and repair activities, including equipment specifications, service logs, work orders, and customer communication, to track work performed and facilitate future service requests. Customer Interaction: Interacting with clients, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to assess project requirements, provide technical expertise, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Training and Support: Providing training and technical support to clients, end-users, and maintenance staff on how to operate and maintain LED display systems effectively, including troubleshooting common issues and performing basic maintenance tasks. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on advancements in LED display technology, industry trends, and best practices through ongoing training, certifications, and professional development opportunities. Quality Assurance: Conducting quality assurance checks and performance evaluations to verify that LED display systems meet quality standards, specifications, and client expectations before and after installation. Environmental Awareness: Promoting environmentally friendly practices such as energy efficiency, recycling, and proper disposal of electronic waste to minimize the environmental impact of LED display systems throughout their lifecycle.
