Trash and Debris Removal: Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and other waste from resort facilities, outdoor areas, and guest rooms. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the resort by regularly emptying trash bins and keeping public areas free of litter. Construction and Renovation: Assist with construction projects, renovations, and upgrades to resort facilities, such as building new structures, installing fixtures, and laying tiles. Follow instructions from construction supervisors and adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Moving and Transport: Help with the movement and transport of furniture, equipment, and supplies within the resort premises. Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation to and from their accommodations. Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces for weddings, conferences, and other special events held at the resort. Arrange tables, chairs, and decorations according to event specifications and clean up afterward to restore the area to its original condition. Pool Maintenance: Assist with cleaning and maintaining swimming pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming pool floors, and checking water chemical levels. Ensure that pool areas are safe and clean for guests to enjoy. Snow and Ice Removal: During winter months, help with snow and ice removal from walkways, driveways, and parking lots using shovels, snow blowers, or ice melt products. Keep pathways clear and safe for guests and staff to navigate. Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery used in landscaping, maintenance, and construction tasks. Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to supervisors for repair or replacement. Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines, procedures, and protocols to prevent accidents, injuries, and hazards in the workplace.
