Job description

Sample Collection: Collecting specimens such as blood, urine, tissue, or other bodily fluids from patients or research subjects following proper procedures and protocols. Sample Processing: Preparing collected samples for analysis by centrifuging, aliquoting, or preserving them according to specific requirements. Laboratory Testing: Performing a wide range of laboratory tests and assays using specialized equipment and techniques to analyze samples and generate accurate results. Quality Control: Monitoring the accuracy and precision of laboratory equipment and test procedures, and ensuring compliance with quality control standards and protocols. Data Analysis: Analyzing test results, interpreting findings, and documenting observations accurately in laboratory records or electronic databases. Instrument Maintenance: Maintaining and calibrating laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure their proper functioning and accuracy. Safety Compliance: Adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, exposure to hazardous materials, and contamination of samples. Inventory Management: Monitoring and replenishing laboratory supplies, reagents, and consumables to ensure continuous workflow and avoid interruptions. Report Generation: Generating and distributing reports of test results to healthcare providers, researchers, or other stakeholders in a timely and confidential manner.
