Cleaning and Sanitizing: Kitchen helpers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area. This includes wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash bins, and cleaning kitchen equipment. Stocking and Replenishing Supplies: They assist with stocking and replenishing supplies such as ingredients, utensils, linens, and cleaning products. Kitchen helpers may also monitor inventory levels and notify the kitchen manager or chef when supplies need to be reordered.
