Ingredient Selection: Selecting high-quality, fresh fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients for juicing, ensuring that they are ripe, flavorful, and free from any defects or spoilage. Menu Development: Collaborating with management to develop a diverse menu of juice and smoothie offerings, including classic combinations as well as innovative and seasonal options. Juicing and Blending: Operating commercial juicers, blenders, or extractors to process fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients into fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages. Recipe Creation: Developing unique and creative recipes for juices and smoothies, experimenting with different flavor combinations, textures, and ingredients to create signature drinks that appeal to customers. Customization: Offering customization options for customers, such as adjusting sweetness levels, adding supplements or boosters, or accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions. Presentation: Garnishing drinks with fresh fruit slices, herbs, or other decorative elements to enhance their visual appeal and create an inviting presentation for customers. Customer Service: Providing friendly and attentive customer service, greeting customers warmly, answering questions about menu offerings, and making recommendations based on their preferences. Order Management: Taking orders from customers, accurately recording their selections, and ensuring that orders are prepared promptly and according to their specifications. Hygiene and Safety: Adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards, including proper handwashing, sanitation of equipment and work surfaces, and safe handling of ingredients to prevent contamination. Cleaning and Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing juicing equipment, blenders, countertops, and other work areas regularly to maintain cleanliness and prevent the buildup of residue or bacteria. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients, and replenishing supplies as needed to ensure that fresh juices and smoothies are always available to customers. Upselling and Promotion: Recommending additional menu items, supplements, or add-ons to customers to increase sales and enhance their overall experience.
