Preparation and Processing: Wash, peel, chop, and prepare fruits and vegetables for juicing. Use juicers, blenders, or other equipment to extract juice from raw ingredients while preserving nutrients, flavor, and texture. Strain juice as needed to remove pulp or seeds for a smoother consistency. Recipe Standardization: Standardize recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation across all juice offerings.
