Job description

Coordination: You coordinate with various stakeholders involved in the interior design project, including architects, interior designers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. You ensure that everyone is aligned with the project's goals, timelines, and specifications. Site Management: You manage the day-to-day activities on the construction site, including scheduling work, assigning tasks to laborers and subcontractors, and ensuring that work progresses according to the project timeline and budget. Quality Control: You enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the standards and specifications outlined in the design plans. This involves conducting regular inspections, reviewing workmanship, and addressing any issues or deficiencies promptly. Safety Compliance: You enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site. This includes conducting safety briefings, ensuring that proper safety equipment is used, and addressing any safety concerns or violations. Material Management: You oversee the procurement, delivery, and storage of construction materials and interior finishes. You ensure that materials are ordered in a timely manner, that deliveries are coordinated efficiently, and that inventory is properly managed to prevent shortages or wastage. Installation Supervision: You supervise the installation of interior design elements such as flooring, wall finishes, cabinetry, fixtures, and furnishings. You ensure that installations are carried out according to design specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices. Communication: You maintain open and effective communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any issues or challenges that arise. You facilitate collaboration and problem-solving to keep the project on track. Documentation: You maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and other documentation. You track work hours, materials usage, and expenses to ensure accountability and transparency throughout the project. Client Relations: You serve as the primary point of contact for the client during the construction phase of the project. You address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, ensuring that their expectations are met and that any changes or revisions are communicated effectively. Problem-Solving: You anticipate and address construction-related challenges and issues as they arise, finding practical solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget. You collaborate with the project team to resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and overcome obstacles to project success.
