Job description

Project Coordination: Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that everyone is aligned with the project goals, timelines, and budget constraints. Site Management: Manage day-to-day activities on the construction site, including scheduling, logistics, material deliveries, and workforce coordination to ensure efficient and timely completion of interior projects. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure that they meet the standards set forth in the interior design plans and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and address any deficiencies promptly. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work on the construction site complies with safety regulations and standards. Implement safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and address any safety concerns or violations promptly to maintain a safe working environment. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders, including interior designers, project managers, and resort management. Keep detailed records of work completed, milestones achieved, and any issues or delays encountered. Problem Solving: Anticipate and address challenges that may arise during the construction process, such as material shortages, design changes, or unforeseen site conditions. Develop solutions in collaboration with project stakeholders to keep the project on track. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for communication between project stakeholders, ensuring that information flows smoothly between the design team, contractors, and subcontractors. Facilitate meetings, coordinate work schedules, and resolve conflicts as needed. Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and track costs to ensure that the interior project stays within budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and avoid unnecessary expenses to maximize project efficiency. Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions they may have throughout the construction process. Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.
