This includes floor plans, elevations, 3D models, material schedules, and installation instructions. Project Management: They oversee the implementation of the design plan, managing schedules, budgets, and contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. This involves coordinating site visits, conducting site inspections, and addressing any issues or changes that arise during construction.
