Space planning involves arranging furniture, fixtures, and circulation paths to maximize functionality, comfort, and aesthetics. Furniture and Fixture Selection: Selecting furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories that reflect the resort's design concept and meet the functional needs of each space. This includes specifying materials, finishes, fabrics, and furnishings that enhance the overall design and create a cohesive look and feel. Material and Finish Selection: Choosing materials and finishes for flooring, wall treatments, ceilings, and other surfaces that are durable, aesthetically pleasing, and appropriate for the resort environment. Considerations may include ease of maintenance, sustainability, and compatibility with the overall design concept. Color Scheme: Developing a cohesive color scheme for interior spaces that reflects the resort's brand identity, creates visual interest, and evokes the desired mood or atmosphere.
