Product Knowledge: Having in-depth knowledge of various insurance products including life insurance, health insurance, property insurance, and others offered by your company. Quoting and Proposals: Providing clients with quotes for insurance policies and preparing proposals outlining coverage options, premiums, and terms and conditions. Closing Sales: Effectively closing sales by addressing customer concerns, overcoming objections, and demonstrating the value of the insurance products offered. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction. This may involve periodic check-ins, providing ongoing support, and addressing any issues or changes in coverage needs. Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurately completing all necessary paperwork and documentation for insurance applications, policy issuance, and claims processing.
