Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Inside sales staff conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase solar products and solutions to customers. They use multimedia tools, product samples, and visual aids to illustrate product features, functionality, and performance, persuading customers to make purchase decisions. Quoting and Proposal Development: Inside sales staff prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts based on customer requirements and specifications. They collaborate with technical teams and other stakeholders to develop customized solutions, pricing structures, and service offerings tailored to customer needs.
