Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing personalized solutions. Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position products and address customer needs. Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual sales presentations or demonstrations to showcase products or services to potential customers.
