Job description

Lead Generation: Generating leads and identifying potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and website inquiries. Prospecting: Researching and qualifying leads to determine their fit for the products or services offered by the company, and prioritizing high-potential leads for further engagement. Outbound Calling and Emailing: Initiating outbound calls and emails to prospects to introduce the company's products or services, educate them about the benefits, and generate interest in making a purchase. Consultative Selling: Engaging in consultative selling conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and recommending tailored solutions to address their requirements. Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a deep understanding of the company's products or services, features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects. Sales Presentations: Conducting virtual sales presentations or demonstrations via video conferencing or screen-sharing platforms to showcase product features, answer questions, and address objections. Closing Deals: Nurturing leads through the sales funnel and using persuasive communication techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve revenue targets. Follow-Up and Relationship Building: Following up with prospects at various stages of the sales process to provide additional information, address concerns, and maintain communication to move them towards a purchase decision. Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales process, and updating CRM systems or databases accordingly. Customer Service and Support: Providing ongoing support to customers, including order processing, resolving inquiries or issues, and ensuring a positive post-sale experience to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Intelligence: Gathering feedback and insights from customer interactions to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and product development efforts. Reporting and Analysis: Generating sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and providing insights to management on sales trends, opportunities, and challenges to optimize sales strategies and achieve objectives.
