Demonstrating how the offerings meet customer needs and addressing any questions or objections they may have. Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company. Staying updated on product specifications, pricing, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Sales Quotas: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager or team leader. Developing strategies to achieve sales goals and maintaining a consistent pipeline of leads and opportunities. Lead Qualification: Qualifying leads based on predetermined criteria such as budget, timeline, decision-making authority, and need. Prioritizing leads and focusing efforts on high-potential prospects to maximize sales opportunities. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, personalized communication, and providing exceptional customer service.
