Product or Service Presentation: They present products or services to potential customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions. This may involve giving demonstrations, sharing product literature, or providing virtual tours. Customized Solutions: Inside sales staff work with customers to understand their specific requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs. They offer advice, recommendations, and solutions to address customer pain points and achieve desired outcomes. Quoting and Pricing: They provide price quotes, negotiate terms, and address customer questions or objections regarding pricing, discounts, or terms of sale.
