Sales Consultation: Providing consultative sales support by recommending solutions or packages that best fit the customer's needs and budget. Inside Sales Staff leverage their knowledge of products/services to offer customized solutions and overcome objections. Sales Quoting and Proposal Creation: Creating and presenting sales quotes, proposals, and contracts to prospective customers. Inside Sales Staff negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales and secure commitments from customers. Pipeline Management: Managing sales pipelines and CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
