Lead Generation: Researching and identifying potential customers and leads through various sources such as databases, social media, and inbound inquiries. Outbound Sales Outreach: Making outbound calls, sending emails, and engaging in online chats to connect with prospects. Introducing products or services, qualifying leads, and setting appointments or demonstrations for the sales team. Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with prospects and maintaining ongoing communication to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Product Knowledge: Developing a comprehensive understanding of the automotive products or services offered by the company. Being able to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers. Sales Presentations: Conducting virtual product demonstrations or presentations to showcase solutions and address customer needs. Tailoring presentations to highlight how products or services can meet specific customer requirements. Sales Negotiation: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close sales. Handling objections, overcoming obstacles, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. CRM Utilization: Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and track leads, update customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress. Collaboration with Sales Team: Working closely with outside sales representatives, account managers, and other internal teams to coordinate efforts, provide support, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Sales Reporting: Generating reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Analyzing data to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Market Research: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay informed about market dynamics. Providing insights and feedback to management to optimize sales strategies. Customer Support: Providing post-sale support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
