Job description

Customer Communication: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. Provide product information, pricing details, and answers to customer questions to assist them in making purchasing decisions. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through online databases, social media platforms, or industry directories. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as budget, timeline, and decision-making authority before passing them to the sales team. Outbound Calling and Follow-Up: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team. Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls or emails to nurture relationships, address concerns, and move them through the sales pipeline. Sales Support and Coordination: Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts. Coordinate logistics for sales appointments, meetings, and demonstrations, including scheduling, agenda planning, and resource allocation. CRM Management: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) databases with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions. Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and communication history to provide insights and reports for sales forecasting and performance analysis. Product Knowledge and Training: Stay informed about company products, services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Participate in product training sessions, sales meetings, and knowledge sharing activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Sales Collateral Development: Create sales collateral such as presentations, brochures, and product datasheets to support sales efforts and showcase product features and benefits. Customize sales materials for specific customer needs, industries, or use cases to increase relevance and effectiveness. Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs, preferences, or purchasing history. Present complementary products or value-added services to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales potential. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and track key performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales pipeline progression to evaluate individual and team performance. Generate sales reports, dashboards, and analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales effectiveness. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and proactively seeking feedback.
