Determine whether leads meet the criteria for potential sales opportunities. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages. Articulate product value propositions effectively to prospects. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations or demonstrations to showcase product features, address customer concerns, and highlight the value proposition. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of individual prospects. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract terms with customers to secure sales agreements. Overcome objections, address concerns, and persuade prospects to make purchase decisions. Order Processing: Process sales orders, contracts, and purchase agreements accurately and efficiently. Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted according to company procedures. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries or issues promptly, and following up on sales inquiries or leads.
