Gather information about potential customers' requirements, budgets, and timelines to determine their suitability as prospects. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages. Be able to effectively communicate product value propositions to prospective customers. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations or demonstrations to showcase product features, address customer concerns, and persuade prospects to make a purchase. Customize presentations based on the needs and preferences of individual customers. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms with customers to close sales and achieve revenue targets. Overcome objections, handle rejections, and address customer concerns to secure commitments. Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including entering orders into the company's sales system, verifying pricing and inventory availability, and coordinating order fulfillment and delivery logistics. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and following up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely manner. Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines and track sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and closing.
