Job description

Lead Generation: Researching and identifying potential leads through various channels such as databases, social media, and industry events. Initiating contact with prospects to introduce products/services and qualify leads for further sales engagement. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting virtual or phone-based presentations and product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions. Customizing presentations to address specific needs and challenges of prospects, aiming to convert leads into opportunities. Consultative Selling: Understanding customer needs and objectives through effective questioning and active listening. Recommending solutions that align with customer requirements and demonstrating how products/services can address pain points. Pipeline Management: Managing and updating sales pipelines in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Monitoring progress through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closure, and ensuring timely follow-up. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals and achieve sales quotas. Overcoming objections and addressing customer concerns to facilitate successful closures. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and existing customers to foster trust and loyalty. Providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and managing post-sale relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth. Providing feedback from customers regarding product/service offerings and market needs to inform marketing and product development strategies. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
