Customer Prospecting and Outreach: Actively prospecting potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Identifying new sales opportunities and reaching out to prospects to introduce products or services. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Presenting product or service features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers. Conducting virtual product demonstrations or webinars to showcase offerings and address customer inquiries. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close sales deals. Following up on leads and proposals to secure commitments and finalize sales transactions. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers. Providing personalized customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting and Pipeline Management: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM systems. Managing sales pipelines, tracking progress, and forecasting sales projections. Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborating with outside sales representatives, marketing teams, and product specialists to support sales initiatives and achieve sales targets. Sharing market feedback and customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. Product and Industry Knowledge: Staying updated on product features, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Providing product expertise and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. Sales Support and Follow-Up: Providing post-sales support, including order processing, shipment tracking, and resolving customer issues. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
